You can pick up your order from our store. Please contact us to book an appointment before you pick up your order.

 

Shipping

Should you require us to ship the order to you please let us know and we will advise you of a delivery  fee.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, in original packaging and undamaged. We will refund or credit the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You (the account holder customer) are responsible for any shipping, duties or insurance charges in order to send the jewellery back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not accept returns for custom orders or personalised products.

 

Changes or cancellation to custom orders

For any changes or cancellations for custom orders please contact us within 3 business days of placing the order. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Custom orders

Goods specifically manufactured, modified or made to order cannot be returned for credit or refund.

 

How to return an item(s)
  1. When you return an item/s please include the following information with your parcel;

  • Invoice numbers

  • Date of purchase

  • Customer’s name and address

Note: Unless these details are forwarded, we will be unable to accept your return.

 

  1. Please use insured and trackable shipping to return an item(s) to us.
